Get to Know Me Google Form

We are quickly approaching the start of the school year.  I use to have students complete this on paper but I found that digitally is easier since we are 1:1 and they share more information.  I do go through and read each student's responses and make a note on my roster of the name they would like to be called, any responsibilities outside of school, and anything else they want me to know. During the first month of school, I'll be sure to reach out to students who shared additional information just to let them know I read it, ask follow up questions, or ask how this year could be different. The form is below if you would like a copy.

Baby Yoda Pixel Art Template

This template is set for 3 sets of answers.  I have the answers that are currently set, you will need to reformat them to use with your content.   Baby Yoda Pixel Art Template Be on the lookout for this activity given 2 ordered pairs and asking for slope, y-intercept, and the equation of a line.  I'm also formatting this for converting between percents, decimals, and fractions.  If you want to reformat it before I post the above activities here is how.

Creating a Cut and Paste Worksheet like TPT

My secondary students are still at an age to enjoy cut and paste worksheets.  This is how I create a template to quickly make a cut and paste worksheet on a template for them.  A template is super helpful to use as you can make a copy any time you want a new topic in that style of activity.
